报价
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Our sales team reviews each request and checks space and rates with partners before quoting. Simple routes are usually answered within one working day; complex or special cargo can take longer.
Does submitting the form book my shipment?
No. The form sends a request for a quotation. Nothing is booked and no rate is confirmed until you accept a quotation from our team.
Why do you ask me to verify my email?
A one-time code confirms that we can reach you and protects you from someone submitting requests in your name.

Do I need an account to request a quote?
No. You can request a quote as a guest. An account lets you follow all your requests, quotations and shipments in one place.

Can you ship dangerous goods?
Some dangerous goods can be shipped under carrier and regulatory rules. Tell us in the form and attach the safety data sheet; acceptance is always subject to review.
Do you ship to Sudan?
Yes. The UAE – Sudan route is one of our main corridors, and we have a contact number in Sudan for customers there.

How do I track my shipment?
Once your shipment is booked you receive a tracking code. Enter it on the Track page, or sign in to your account to see all shipments.
